I have been in Administrative line of work for more than 10 years now in different industries like Automotive, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Real Estate and even in Food Industry.

 

I am currently working as a full-time Assistant Sales Admin Manager  and I was even awarded as an Outstanding Administrative Personnel last 2017 by the  company who has more than 50+ automotive dealership all over the Philippines.

My major task is to coordinate with different banks thru phone conversations and emails for the Auto Loan collections of the dealership. I am also assigned to prepare the Sales Invoices and assist clients in signing all the necessary documents before releasing their units. I manage and monitor the team if task is being properly executed. My other tasks is to generate and encode reports such as Sales Incentives, Marketing Claims and other claims.
